Prices:

All prices at time of shipment unless otherwise stated. Prices apply to quantities mentioned are subject to adjustment to the seller's prices on effect at the time of shipment but that shall not be in excess of the maximum prices for the material covered here by lawfully established Governmental authority having control of prices and in effect at time of shipment. Unless mentioned separately, quoted prices do not include Federal, State or Local Use or Sales Tax and shipping which must be separately paid by customer where applicable.

Payment Terms:

Full Payment is required before shipping on all orders unless otherwise agreed upon. Credit card statement may show an affiliate or sublet company merchant name. The customer is completely responsible for the payment of full amount of this invoice. If not paid within terms set forth in this invoice, a late charge of 1.5% per month will be added to outstanding balance plus reasonable attorney fees and costs of collection. Any check returned by the bank unpaid for any reason will be subject to a Rs. 1500.00 administration fee.

Shortage Claims:

All shortage claims have to be made within 15 days of receiving date.

Cancellation:

Orders are only cancellable upon our approval within 3 days of placing order.

Special order Bearings and parts cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Warranty:

We warranty our own brand products and products that are distributed by us exclusively as follows:

Any products that are proven to be defective within 180 days after the date of purchase will be replaced or refunded, providing the provisions listed below:

A. Products are applied within the specification of their original designed purposes.

B. The products were properly installed, handled, mounted, lubricated and there was no negligence or abuse by the end users.

Products from manufacturers and brands other than AED or BXP being returned due to manufacturer defect should be returned directly to the manufacturer of the product. We do not warranty other manufacturers' products.

We reserve the right to change, modify, alter, as deemed fit, the product's design without prior notice or obligation to you.

All warranties become void should breakage or damage occur due to vandalism, theft, natural disasters, any kind of impact, force or pressure, exposure to moisture, dirt, dust, extreme temperatures, unsuitable chemicals, Acts Of God, or self-inflicted damages. We or our affiliates will not be liable for consequential damages in states which allow this exclusion. WARRANTY WORK OR REFUND CAN BE COMPLETED ONLY WITH THE ORIGINAL INVOICE AND UPON INSPECTION BY US. THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THAT WE DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES EXCEPT ACTUAL DAMAGES UP TO, BUT NOT EXCEEDING, THE AMOUNT PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCTS & SERVICES, INCLUDING WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF SAME.

Return Policy:

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and we stand behind our products 100%. Every care is taken to ensure shipment of correct part number, quantity, quality and other specifications in accordance with our quotation and customer purchase order. We accept returns for a full credit only if there was a mistake made on our part which can not be corrected.

We can accept returns due to customer error under some circumstances, subject to a restocking fee which would be case specific dependent upon costs incurred. Authorization for returns must be made within 30 days from date of sale.

Special order Bearings and parts cannot be returned under any circumstances.

The following will void your return: 
Over 30 days from the ship date on your original invoice. 
The part has been installed or disassembled. Damage from improper or attempted installation. 
The return must be in re-sellable like new condition.
• Our ID mark, part number, label, stamp or tab has been removed or tampered with.
• If original wrappings/boxes for the part, including labels, are damaged or not returned. 
If parts or hardware are missing.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Initial shipping/handling costs (even if 'free or discounted shipping') will be deducted from the credit. 
The buyer is responsible for safely returning a package to us. If a package is damaged when it arrives in our receiving department it will be refused. We suggest insuring your package to protect your investment. Please keep all shipping receipts in case your package is lost or damaged by the carrier. If damage during return shipment occurs it is the customers responsibility to file a damage claim.

COD will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Requests for expedited processing is subject to a fee which would be case specific dependent upon costs incurred.

Please allow 14 business days from the date we receive your return for your credit to be processed.

General:

All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only. All matters relating to your dealing with us shall be governed by the laws of Delhi and the laws of Republic of India applicable therein. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi in any legal action or proceeding relating to your purchase from us and all your other dealings with us. Should any provision of these Terms of Use be found to be illegal or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and be binding upon you.
